Ok so there is a tsb now for uconnect and the new version is 13.19 I believe and I currently have 13.05. So I went to the uconnect site and put the last 8 of my vin in as it asked and it said no updates available for my vehicle. Has anyone tried this am I missing something?

Thanks, I first call uconnect and they tell me that the reason I am getting the no update available message is because I have not registered, so I register and still get the same message and now they tell me its because the web site is overloaded and I should try back in the middle of the night. They said if I still can't get it to call back. I really don't think they have a clue.

uConnect does not have a lot of capacity on their website. That's one of the reasons Willx provided the downloads here, at the Jeep Garage.

Even if you eventually get through to the uConnect site, it will take you much longer to download.
