[Darth Vapor SRT]

I have a 2012 SRT8....When driving it today on the highway all of a sudden the touchscreen froze up and the audio cut out. About 15 minutes later it unfroze itself and the nav started working again but NO audio works. I've found a few things online stating this may or may not be a known issue. Do I need to do something as far as updating the software? How can I fix this? This is soooooo brutal. ONly because there is no exhaust or CAI on my truck yet so there is NOTHING to listen to!

check the engine bay grounds...just under the pcm. Then reset everything by pulling the negative off the battery under the pass. seat.
