Premium members can request software and we can see if it can be located. What is the connection issue? BT ?

Yes, BT cuts out often....sometimes it can't read songs on the USB drive, even though it played them fine previously...and other weird issues that aren't coming to mind at the moment...if anyone has info on an update...I'd be very grateful.

There is a STAR Case for your radio for Screen Blanking and loss of audio. There appears to be an issues with the Antenna Connection on the Radio. I do not see any specific software updates, I would recommend that you visit your dealer on the issues considering how new it is.
