On the side of the buckles facing the console. Didn't notice these at the dealer. Anyone know what they are about?

I would guess it stops from scratching and rattling against the center console..

If its the receiver, then It's to prevent it from hitting & vibrating against the center console.

For abrasion & noise reduction on the center console plastic when moving.

Now, the question is what do I attach to stop the damn buckle from vibrating against the B pillar when not buckled?

Attach it to the receiver end near the center console, the life you save could be your own! Thats what I would do.

I guess velcro was cheaper than installing micro air bags to protect the console. :^}

Oh no!!! Everyone buckles up in my car. But when I'm by myself, the passenger belt always vibrated against the B pillar.
