I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I ordered my GC Limited at the end of July from a family friend who owns a Jeep dealership. Never got any emails about the production (I asked about this several times and finally last week found out that my email was entered wrong). Anyway, that was corrected last week and I got my first email today... Its being painted. So here is the problem: I ordered with the following options: Nav, Advanced tech group, trailer tow group, and lux package. At the bottom of the VOTS page, the vehicle details lists everything EXCEPT the advanced tech group. What are the odds this is a fluke and not showing up vs a mistake having been made and it wasn't ordered correctly? I mean, in the grand scheme of things its not too big a deal if its missing this and I certainly dont want to wait another 5 weeks for a new one to be built. Its still pretty disappointing though. Anyone ordered a vehicle and had an option not show up on the VOTS page?? I know... wishful thinking.

I ordered a 2012 GC Limited from the Jeep dealer in Lawton, OK and the VOTS did not have all the options that I ordered. I called the salesman and he said the order was processed properly and not to worry. When the car came in it was missing the blind spot warning option. I did not take delivery of the car.

I spoke to the owner of the dealership and he said he would do anything he could. He lied. He did nothing.

I now own a 2013 GC Overland I purchased from a different dealer in Duncan, OK.

Sounds like yours was missing the advanced tech group too. Bummer. I've emailed the dealer about mine and have yet to hear back.

Looks like it was ordered incorrectly and has been reordered. Guess I'll have to wait even longer before I get to play with my new toy.
