I just ordered the Putco Jet Yellow H11's for the fogs. They are 55w. Are the stock bulbs 55w? I saw some old posts where they were melting the lenses.
Where did you order from?

Curious how they work out, considering the same for mine. I'm guessing yours are 3000k color temp?

please update once they're installed :)

Just took delivery today. How do I reach the fogs?
I did it by removing the 4 rivets in the front of the fender liner and the 3 screws along the bottom. From thee I just pulled the liner back and swapped them out, put the screws back in, and replaced the rivets with screw in rivets from autozone (1/4 size) CLStech posted a picture with the part number but I don't have it immediately handy.

Thanks, that helps. I will attempt this weekend.

Ok, just put in the Putco jet yellow 3000k H11 in the fogs. Pics did not turn out well. They are a dull yellow. Not really any brighter than the stock bulbs. Looks more like the yellow bulbs you see in front porch lights. Was expecting a crisp yellow light. Should have went with the Piaa plasma ion 2500k or an HID kit. $27 mistake.

i see, i know what you mean... some folks who put in LED h11 also mention the light is not that much useable, maybe its because projector fog lamps?

I believe HID's would work best.

I would like to see pics of your yellow fogs.

I suspect it's more the optics than the bulbs. Wonder when the aftermarket will come up with a retrofit kit with plain ol' reflector optics?
