Sorry to hear that, Id be pissed too, hopefully once you get the nozzle fixed, everything will start going smoother for you.....
Wiper Nozzle problems.
Ok, Another problem with my WK2.
With only 8,000 miles on it, one of the wiper nozzle in the hood will not spray like before.
So I open the hood and check for anything wrong, guess what??? is broken from the bottom and spraying all over the motor.
I am getting tired of the poor quality of parts in this jeep.
There are cars out there that have 50 years and wiper nozzles still work. Why this Pieces of S___ is already broken.
Now I have to go back to the service area which suck here and spend one week with out a car just because of a broken wiper nozzle.

Why would you be without a car for a week? You know you can still drive it.
How about you bring it in when they get the nozzle, have a cup of coffee and read a magazine. Then, take the car home.

OP, if you are stuck without timely service in PR, you may try a DIY. Take a look at the underneath portion of the nozzle, beneath the hood. The upper portion and lower base clip together from the underside via pinch clips. Your nozzle just may be loose and need to be reseated. Good luck.
It is broken, I said in my first post. If I dont have to take the car to service I will always try to fix myself because i am very handy. But is the fact that this is a brand new car and I am having the nozzle change, i have taken my car 5 times already to change the rear shocks in 8,000 miles and every time I loose a week waiting for parts and service.

Not to mention that they broke my cargo cover in one of those visits, they clean the engine with I dont know what and instead of looking clean it looks all like they clean it with degreaser and did not even wipe clean the engine parts. They use all of my gas testing the parts they have change and never fill back up. Crap, crap and crap.

Sorry to hear of your problems, must be very disappointing. Any new car, from anywhere on the globe, can have a problem from the factory. Doesn't matter who built it, failures occur. That's why auto dealers have repair facilities and honor warranties. That said, I think your biggest problem here is the dealer's shop. Do you have an alternative for repairs? It doesn't sound like the folks you're dealing with are very good. If you can't get good service from American dealers in Puerto Rico, then you should probably be driving something else. That's a shame, because the WK2 is a fine vehicle that most owners are very happy to own. Also, does Puerto Rico have lemon laws? If so, maybe you should look into recourse with them. Good luck to you, and I hope you can get your problems resolved.
I had a broken passenger side nozzle last week.
Leaked all over the engine.
Dealer had one in stock and took ten minutes to repair.
Not a big deal but I have never had this happen on other cars Ive owned.

I have the same one that broke. Maybe there is a defect.
My Nozzels broke the other day. Bottom tube connectors basically deteriorated. pretty sure my toothbrush has higher grade plastic. But any ways, looks at getting the jeep replacement but they had to order it. Decided I would go to Auto zone and see if they had them. They had a pair OEM nozzels for 10 bucks. Figured it was worth a try. After installing them im not gonna lie. I think they are a better product than the Jeep parts. Very easy to install, no drilling or modifications are needed. Just pop off the old ones and put in the new ones. They spray pattern is able to be customized by moving the nozzle with a little tool that is supplied. Hope this helps! below is the part I bought.

I order one set of Nozzles to make sure I have a spare just in case they both break eventually.
I have temporarily fix it with a dab of epoxy mix until I get the parts.

I have the same problem with the nozzle, passenger side, I jury rigged it, but my air suspension has failed 6 times. My beautiful Summit is a LEMON. Waiting to hear on a re-purchase from Chrysler Corporate. Probably going to be my first and last post.

I just had a passenger side nozzle failure on my 2011 GC. In looking at the failure, I found that the hose going to the nozzle was a little short and put some side load on the nozzle tip where the hose attached. I might also add that the water leaking down also caused a serv 4 WD error message. The short hose caused the failure and will probably occur again in time.
I order the nozzles from the dealer parts dept. $12.00 each.
When Installed them I made sure I pull back the line just a little to relieve the nozzle from the side pull.
Now should be Ok, I hope for a long time.

Similar issue - not the actual nozzle though - but the hose that runs across the hood to the nozzle separated. Like it shrunk with the heat of the engine or something.
Do I hassle with going to the dealer etc etc.... NOPE - 3 foot section of 1/4 inch hard vacuum hose and fixed it in about 4 minutes for less than $6. This time cut it a little longer than needed.
Much less hassle and time than taking it to the dealership. Works great so far!

mine flew off while driving down the road. I didn't know what it was that hit the windshield at first I thought it was a bumblebee [you know same size and all], by the time I realized it was my darn nozzle I went back to look for it. Figured I could just put it back on. You know how many black things that size there are along the side of the road that has recently been asphalt re-surfaced? A LOT! I didn't find it. Now I have to pay $20 to replace it? That's crazy! I have owned three Jeeps and this is the first time one of those nozzles just FELL OFF! I wasn't going more than 45 mph [just getting up to road speed] and it wasn't even windy out. I have driven 80 mph on the interstate and it didn't fly off! Is this something that others have had?
Don't put anything in your washer bottle other than water with maybe a splash of metho(alcohol) particulatly if you live in a hot dry climate. Detergents will dry and clog your nozzels. The pressure build-up may blown the hose off.
This is interesting in the fact that others are having the same issue as myself. My passenger side nozzle "failed" too. I looked under the hood and found the tubing disconnected from the nozzle. It looked like the tip had broken off. I looked into the tubing and did not see the broken off bit so I jammed the tube on to what was left of the tip on the nozzle. Haven't had any problems yet but I'm going to check into a replacement part. I'd hate to have the problem come up in the middle of a snow/sleet storm that we get in Colorado. Thanks to every one who posted comments.
Good to know that there is other people with this issue. Since I replace them both I had no problems so far. But let see my car has 16 months and this these things fell apart in 10 months so let see if the replacements last a lifetime of just 10 months.
