Sorry to hear of your problems, must be very disappointing. Any new car, from anywhere on the globe, can have a problem from the factory. Doesn't matter who built it, failures occur. That's why auto dealers have repair facilities and honor warranties. That said, I think your biggest problem here is the dealer's shop. Do you have an alternative for repairs? It doesn't sound like the folks you're dealing with are very good. If you can't get good service from American dealers in Puerto Rico, then you should probably be driving something else. That's a shame, because the WK2 is a fine vehicle that most owners are very happy to own. Also, does Puerto Rico have lemon laws? If so, maybe you should look into recourse with them.
