Secret for?What's the secret?
That member does like to stir the pot, of course only if we allow it.I believe Jake22 is a troll who posts photos and window stickers of vehicles that are not his and I suspect he has no affiliation with FCA or Jeep. This is based on some of his past posts.
Replacing the tires? Thanks, TxCat91 - I am enjoying it very much! It rides very well and is very quiet. It's funny, for how much I studied about the vehicle's different features, I found that once I got it, I was a little lost as there are so many features. Now that I have had a chance to play around with it a little more, I'm starting to become more comfortable. Again, it's a very comfortable ride and I'm glad I went with the model that I ordered. I'm sure you will think the same about yours.
Below is my GCLSR:

While I am being funny about it, I am also being honest - 3 rear back glass, right and left D pillar trim, all interior hatch trim, lower rear bumper fascia and hitch cover, rear door glass - small window and door glass itself, 4 lower door seals. 🫤The parts that went to my repair more than likely delayed some orders
Would ask for a new one, why is a new car damaged?Mine just got delivered today. Was supposed to pick it up tomorrow, but my Sales guys just called me as he noticed the Night Vison and something else are broken. It was just unloaded from the truck and about to be taken to get fuel before PDI'd. The harness connectors are destroyed beyond repair. Now waiting on new harness before I can take delivery per the dealership. Will be going to physically look at it tomorrow still.
Yeah….. I would call JeepCares and ask them if they care? Why the heck are they damaging a new car in productionSupposed to go tomorrow to talk with them and to go over the vehicle with a magnify glass.
But already having second thoughts about it.
They already stated this happened during production at factory.
Just have to wait for new parts before I sign anything
Put your boot on Jeep’s throat, hold them accountableI 100% agree. Seems like lack of quality control or lack of common knowledge not to shove something when it does not fit correctly.
I will call them tomorrow after I get done looking over the vehicle.
My sales guy is pissed because he did not even get it into the service bay before anything went crazy on the dash.
--Supposed to take a week to get the parts, but what I have been reading about other's waiting on parts I could be forever with it just sitting there useless.
It is a good thing the Dealership said they wont it leave their possession till it is 100% fixed instead of telling me to take it and come back when they have the parts. So I have to keep waiting till then (If I end up taking it)
Think Stellantis would know what LEAN and Root Cause Analysis is - fix the issue at the starting point, not putting a bulletin out to fix it after. There is a bulletin about this issue. That is how they found what part is broken and what needed replacement.
I would be having panic attacks and would need to be in solitary confinement after my experience….. hoping your dealer is on the up and upYou would think that. So now they have my brand new one sitting in the service area torn apart waiting for the new parts (The underside of the driver side dash is torn apart). Can not even drive it.
