I ordered my 2023 3 row Summit on July 14 and all I have is a VON. My Configuration Preview from Koons also does not have ELSD delete. When I had one done back in April on a 2022 2 row the Preview did have ELSD delete.

As of today 2023's are showing 'being built' and 'in transit' on jeep.com.

It will hopefully ship before the end of the month - receiving it in my possession will be a different story.

Any updates on your build? I ordered mine on 7/14 and is still not scheduled just confirmed.

Yeah, I'm wondering how they determine when to schedule the builds. Yours is a lot older than mine - July 14th, but yet I see some builds move from Confirmed to Scheduled in a matter of days.

Can you tell me what is going on with the Summit L's? Have one on order since July 14th and still not scheduled. I do not even see any Summit L's being built in the whole country. I just emailed Koons to see if I can upgrade to a Summit Reserve L.

I placed my order on 7/19 currently I’m in D status it’s been that for awhile now. Today is the 2 month mark and still nothing showing on the online tracker. I called Koons today to see if I can talk to someone about what is going on as I’m seeing people that placed orders around my date or after my date getting there car or at least going into production or showing some kind of activity. When I call Koons all I ever get is a voicemail and when I leave a voicemail nobody ever returns my call. How is everyone’s experience with Koons? And am I still to early to be getting upset nothing is happening with my build?

I am in the same boat with Koons. Ordered July 14th, still not scheduled.

Have you tried to contact them other than sending an email to the status email they have? I e called them 3 times now and left a message all 3 times and I’ve never gotten a call back. I e had to call back and tell them I want a person and it took them forever to get someone. This was over the last 2 months asking about various things about the order.

I have never talked to anyone other than when they called me when they said I couldn’t get Tupelo interior in the SR with the High Altitude package.

What model and options did you order? I ordered the summit L high altitude with both tech packages. I have checked just about the whole country and there are hardly any models like that being built or shipped.

I ordered an L summit on July 14. Still not scheduled - not even a VIN on tracker. Last Friday I emailed Koons and changed up to an L Summit Reserve and the tracker already has a VIN. Just waiting for it to be scheduled.

I am confused, did you order a Summit, and they are giving you a Reserve? Normally I would be OK with that, but I didn't want the Reserve due to the interior color, and the wheels.
(But we really did want the 2nd row ventilated seats)

I placed the order and they came back that the Tupelo was not available with the High Altitude so I went down to just the Summit with black interior - I did not like the black interior in the Reserve with the light wood trim. About a month and a half went by and I have been checking other builds on jeep.com and I see Reserves with the High Altitude and Tupelo interior. So I emailed Koons and they canceled my order for the Summit and transferred my deposit over to the current Reserve with High Altitude and Tupelo.

Well I feel like progress is happening, but it is slow… I’m confident this larger engine Summit Reserve will be worth the wait…current status

Koons here. When I emailed them yesterday he states that he gets 100 status requests a day. They must sell a lot of vehicles

No 2 row here. I wanted the High Altitude package. My original 3 row Summit w/black interior was ordered back on July 14 and it scheduled on September 30. I canceled that order and my new SR with Tupelo interior ordered on Sept 23 was also scheduled Sept 30.

Nice that's pretty quick! What did you order? I ordered a V8 JGCL SR sept 29th, scheduled the 30th, and crickets since

V6 L Summit Reserve with high Altitude package.
