For me, during the tracking of my vehicle, I utilized the Jeep Tracker System as a means to know when to reach out to the dealer to get an update, as I found the dealer always had more up-to-date information than what the tracker showed. For example, when the Jeep Tracker changed to "scheduled", the dealer was able to tell me when it was actually scheduled to go into production. When my vehicle seemed to be stuck in "Production", my dealer was able to tell me it was in "JB" status which is most likely when it was in line to get the running boards installed. The Jeep Tracker is a nice tool to share with customers and I'm glad they do but in these times of limited parts, it doesn't seem to run as smoothly as I would hope or run as I would anticipate it would run during an "old normal" production time period where there are no supply chain issues.
