To some extent, higher-spec models are more likely to be subject to parts delays - simply because they have more parts.

I understand that but I have also been in D status since the middle of August. And D status is dealer has allocation and all parts are available. So if parts are available what’s the hold up? I can see if all parts were not available then ok. But idk. Just frustrating. To some extent, higher-spec models are more likely to be subject to parts delays - simply because they have more parts.
I think part of the random delay between scheduled and production is based on both parts and dealer specifics. If your dealer has a bunch of builds in front of you your line will be longer than dealers who have nothing in the queue.Do any of these dates really mean anything? Or do they only give people a false sense that they’re going to get there vehicle soon but you really aren’t. I order 7/19 I finally got “Scheduled” 9/30 with an estimated ship date of 10/17. Now looking thru this forum I see someone say they had a scheduled date of 8/18 and their vehicle was at the dealer 9/18. So I’m thinking ok I have about a month before I get my car. But then you look at others and they were scheduled 9/8 and finally on 10/6 show production. And then I see others showing estimated ship dates of 10/30 and they were scheduled back in August.
so from what I have gathered these dates really mean absolutely nothing. And that they really have no idea when you will actually get your car. I’m 10 days away from 3 months and I’m seeing people who have ordered after me already get their vehicles. Pretty terrible when you are buying a fully loaded top trim vehicle and people who buy the lesser models are getting them before you…
Replacing the tires? Thanks, TxCat91 - I am enjoying it very much! It rides very well and is very quiet. It's funny, for how much I studied about the vehicle's different features, I found that once I got it, I was a little lost as there are so many features. Now that I have had a chance to play around with it a little more, I'm starting to become more comfortable. Again, it's a very comfortable ride and I'm glad I went with the model that I ordered. I'm sure you will think the same about yours.

Nice, exact combo of mine except I went with a Summit--cannot get the tires I want with 21" rims, otherwise I would have gone with the SR for both.Below is my GCLSR:
What’s the link to this tracker?I've found the tracker to match what my dealer states, except yes, the dealer has more details with the codes. Mine is expected to arrive at the dealer this week or next, which will be interesting given my travel schedule, and my wife's is still expected end of month or first part of November.

just got the call, mine too! probably the same truckMine arrived at dealer today. I'm discussing with them whether I'll fly up on the 15th or 22nd. My wife's is running about 3 weeks behind mine, at this point, so two different trips unless something suddenly changes with hers.
No, not until they need to be replaced. I have Continentals and it sounds like others' gripes, on this forum, had to do with Bridgestones. I find the Continentals to ride very well.Replacing the tires?
