To some extent, higher-spec models are more likely to be subject to parts delays - simply because they have more parts.

D means parts are available, but only in a scheduled sense - not actually in the plant.. D1 is when the factory is ready to go.

My order went in mid-July, It'll probably show up at the dealer this week.

My estimated delivery date is now tomorrow 10/12

Depending on the light, it looks deep red, deep purple, or deep brown. From afar, it looks black.

to fill in my data:
shipped date was 9/29, arrived at the dealer 10/11, took delivery 10/21.

4xe are on a different schedule.. they were still building 2022 4xe's when people here were taking delivery of 2023 non-4xe

When I picked mine up, the finance guy said that just the CJDR dealership has over a thousand vehicles on order at any given time.

The email I got from Koons when mine showed up said they need a minimum of 48 hours after it falls off the truck.

Sometimes there are finance offers that are too good to pass up.
When I bought my '14 (june 2013), Chrysler was offering 0% for 36 months. My dealer didn't know about it - "nobody ever finances for 36 months these days!" .. I was ready to pay the whole $50K in cash, but financed 3/4 of the deal with their free money.. I mean, why not?
