No. His username is "Saudi.SRT8" which means he is from Saudi Arabia (KSA)

But People in the middle east especially UAE, Qatar and KSA love these kind of wrapping.

I'm from the UAE but I don't prefer these chrome foils.

I didn’t even read the username, I just looked at the pic and plates, if I had I may not have made that particular comment.
The plates didn’t look like they were from the UAE or KSA,
Nor did the building or road surface.
My time in the UAE was pretty limited and 11 years ago, so this could have all changed (they build a new world over there every 6 months), but it just didn’t have a Middle East feel for a Middle Eastern style of car finish.

I thought it was US, do the plates look like any US plate?
Google image search and TinEye is not giving me any sources.

Personally i don't like both of the colors, and i'll be wrapping my car satin pearl (kingmonkeys color).
