Hello. 2018 GC Limited 4WD owner here. I'm the second owner and have had it for 3 years now. There are a few nuances I have, that I'm curious if other owners have recommendations/comments. Let me also say that I enjoy my Jeep. I realize that posting some of these items can come across as criticizing the vehicle. It's not. It's more for how can I enjoy my vehicle more.

1) The vehicle almost feels like it has a governor at slow speeds/coasting. When coasting to a stoplight, I'm going at a speed that should easily make the stoplight with out hitting the accelerator. However, the vehicle seems to slow quicker than it should. In other words, when coasting downhill, I would assume the vehicle should pick up speed, but it doesn't always.

2) Transmission sometimes slips, but it's not consistent. When it happens, it does seem to be in the morning. But it might not do it again for several weeks.

3) Similar to #2, though the transmission is not slipping in this situation, but at times, when accelerating it feels as if there is a turbo lag. I've heard rumors of the vehicle thinking it's in Eco mode, when it isn't. I've also heard of people performing a throttle relearning procedure. And others who add a throttle response controller, which improved the issue for them.

4) Burnt oil smell in the cabin. I assume it's potentially a small valve gasket leak. But there's never a drop in the driveway and the oil level and pressure always seems fine. Plus, a valve gasket leak on a 50K vehicle seems too soon.

5) There's a wobble on heavy breaking, at high speeds on interstate. Never happens at city traffic driving. After taking it to the shop, they said brake pads, rotors and alignment are fine.

6) Is there a way to automatically unlock all doors from the outside driver handle? The passenger door does it, but not the driver.

7) I have favorite artists programmed in the radio. However, I routinely have favorite artists notifications pop up, that when I click the notification it says nothings available.

8) I can hear internal air vents open and close when starting the car.

9) Is there an easy way to toggle bluetooth on and off?

*** What motor and how many miles? Are you in sport mode or driving in manual using paddles or the gear shift?

2) Transmission sometimes slips, but it's not consistent. When it happens, it does seem to be in the morning. But it might not do it again for several weeks.
*** Again, how many miles? Have you serviced the transmission and TC (drain and fills)?

3) Similar to #2, though the transmission is not slipping in this situation, but at times, when accelerating it feels as if there is a turbo lag. *** We don't have eTorque like the Ram's, so you're always going to have some delay. Could be plugs, coils, fuel, dirty throttle body, etc. For the throttle relearn, put GC in run (engine off) and slowly depress the accelerator pedal and hold it for 20 seconds and then slowly release the pedal. Or, buy a Pedal Commander.

4) Burnt oil smell in the cabin. I assume it's potentially a small valve gasket leak. But there's never a drop in the driveway and the oil level and pressure always seems fine. Plus, a valve gasket leak on a 50K vehicle seems too soon.
*** You did put in the miles ... missed it.

5) There's a wobble on heavy breaking, at high speeds on interstate. Never happens at city traffic driving. After taking it to the shop, they said brake pads, rotors and alignment are fine.
*** Your rotors are warped! Either you or someone else driving your GC is riding the brakes. Order new rotors.

6) Is there a way to automatically unlock all doors from the outside driver handle? The passenger door does it, but not the driver.
*** Check your settings in the uConnect. Mine unlocks all doors and hatch.
