2018 Wrangler wheels on a 2017 Grand Cherokee?

As the title says.
I searched and saw no shared part numbers between these two vehicles. Is this due to style differences or dimensional differences?
I searched the wheel section here and found only older vehicles mentioned in posts.

A friend wants to make a set of snow tires for the 2017 JGC.
There's a set of five mounted wheels from a 2018 Wrangler for sale near me.

I'm thinking if the chassis are different the wheels will be too.

If they are 18" wheels they should be usable on your JGC. If they are 17" wheels, they will not be usable if you have the V8 or EcoDiesel engine which comes with heavy duty brakes...they will not clear the calipers.

…unless you use spacers. I found threads where guys were running 17” wrangler wheels with 1.25” Bora spacers.

I went with 17" Gladiator wheels (color matched a little better than the Wrangler wheels) but both have pretty similar size and offset. I do not have HD brakes, but still had to use 8mm spacers in the front due to the wheel hitting the calipers.
