Hello. I got a 2004 grand Cherokee with a battery drain. I put my test light between the negative battery post and the terminal, the light is really bright. I pulled every fuse and the light stayed bright.
I unplugged this wire clip and the light went out. Is it possible that the junction box is bad?

Using a test light to measure a parasitic drain is useless because modern vehicle normally have a amperage draw to keep the PCM and other modules alive.
An ammeter will tell the exact amount of the amperage draw which could be normal which is typically a few hundred milliamps amps to possible and amp depending on the vehicle.

Looks like that plug could be supplying power to a device or bunch of devices.
Best thing to do is plug it back into the fuse bank then pull each fuse one at a time until there's a drop in the amperage draw but you really need an ammeter connected in series with the battery's Neg post and ground.
The fuse definition will indicate the circuit thats at fault.

When you do this make sure the ignition is off, all doors closed and make sure the dome light is off as well as the open hood light is off if it has one.
Also be aware some modules could take a while to go to sleep.
