Today I was driving with the AC on and it turned on both defrosters and won't move from 75 degrees or turn off the defrosters. I turned the truck off and then on and it does the same thing even after sitting for a few minutes. Any quick fixes for this? anyone encounter this, would rather not blow a Saturday taking it to the dealer.

HVAC systems go to defrost as a failsafe per FMVSS.. so something is happening that is causing the HVAC system to give up..

Did you hear any noises prior to them hanging up where they are? The complete electronic climate controls use up to 5 different blend doors with motors to get the HVAC combo you are setting it to. All of them can fail They use a plastic gear to run them that are notorious for failing. I just had to pull the entire dash out of a 2009 Dodge Ram because the one that failed was the one sandwiched between the HVAC blend box and the firewall inside the cab. Shitty design. Cheap plastic parts.
