Could anyone tell if it's lifted??

Hi, I am new here.
It might be a strange question, could anyone tell if it's lifted or no by the picture?
I just bought this sahara unlimited, dealer told me that it's 3' lifted but didn't have any report for it.
Tire size is LT295/70R18
Please help!

Looks lifted to me. Not sure how many " but 3 seems reasonsble.

1 thing i see...

it is level......no nose down rake...

with those wheels/tires plus the fender gap above tire.... i am going to agree its about a 3 inch lift....

Thats a spacer lift. It will give you the look but its going to ride pretty rough. Hopefully it was done correctly so it doesnt wear prematurely. Are you having any squeeking noises? Thats a common problem with the spacer and spring rubbing. Please post a pic of the shock as well.
