Dead battery? Aux & regular?

2018 jeep compass purchased in late 2017. Same thing for YEARS. Almost every year, I've had to return the car to the dealership, and they act like it's a big deal to find out they need to replace the main battery or the aux battery. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with the car system, not the battery. They replaced mine based on "faulty OEM battery production" but that's not it. Next time, I was told I was not driving my car enough to charge the battery.

I'm okay with auto stop/start not working as it's crap and causes a huge hesitation on acceleration. I've had 3 radios (prior to the meltdown recall), replaced at least 2 regular and aux batteries, one of my back windows would go up and down by itself and no one every used that window, they replaced my antenna, front door seals before a recall happened, my back window leaks and has for years, the black paint on the chrome is peeling off and started 3 years after I purchased the car. Constantly having to refresh my SiriusXM radio and the clock never updates. I don't even bother to see if my gps is correct. I will say this, if your aux battery is NOT working you lose features like auto stop/start. I won't renew my Guardian anymore because when both batteries die, the EMERGENCY AND ASSIST BUTTONS DO NOT WORK.

Dealership has known about all my issues since 6 months after I bought the car, and they wanted me to pay mileage offset costs to buy it back. I did not even have money for my electric bill... where would I get several hundred, much less thousands throughout the years to do that. I've had the head of Chrysler and the head of Guardian personally talking about my car!

BTW check your car doors and only lock them from the inside as the outside button and the remote lock will magically unlock your car during the night. I've confirmed this with several other compass owners. My car was one of the first, so it could al be resolved with later cars.
