Error U0151 !!?

This is the first I've seen of this code (no TSBs on this for WK2s) but it's not rare for jeeps in general.

0151 (Lost Communication With Sensing And Diagnostic Module)

My two guesses right now are:

1) Loose fuse - not likely, but easy to check.

2) Faulty 'clock spring'.

"The clock spring is used to maintain a continuous electrical circuit between the instrument panel wire harness and the driver side airbag module, the horn switch, and the cruise control switches."

It appears a bad clock spring is synonymous with a U0151 code + one additional code that is seemingly unrelated.

I don't know if this is even a way to diagnose this problem but my first guess would be to drive straight and slow in a empty parking lot (see if the code pops then) and if not, then try turning your steering wheel both left and then right from lock-to-lock.

And if you can get the code to pop, I guess you can try and activate your horn. This is all speculative as I have no idea what systems are connected through this "clock spring" on our jeeps.
