My Jeep GC Wk2 5.7 L Hemi has a Maxcare Lifetime Warranty still. It has been sitting for 2 months at a dealership here in Oakland County, MI waiting for a brake power booster- part # 04560182AF on back order since day 1 at dealership. I have called Chrysler Cares with little success numerous times trying to get the vehicle fixed and on the road! Tried Facebook, messaging Chrysler Cares with no success. Figured I can't be the only one with this problem and have been patient, but now my job is depending on getting that Jeep back for transportation! We have been taking time off or dropping off and the other is late for work etc. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue? At this time sitting at the dealership my UConnect/radio is also not working but discontinued. Finally got Mopar to agree to a 3rd party aftermarket radio to be installed. Am I out to lunch to wonder why they do not do the same for the brake power booster rather than let it sit for 2 months? Can I just take it to an auto service shop have them install one? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
