Common issue with the 5.7L Hemi, It can happen during an oil change...If you pour the oil in too fast refilling the crankcase, it can back up and go through the hose that's just below the fill port and connects to the airbox. That's your problem. It's been discussed here before;

The OP has a 3.6 and that oil in the air box isn't fresh, clean oil but is obviously used oil. I would lean more towards excessive oil from the PCV.
