The best color - Inferno Red!

We were actually looking at used WKs, but couldn't find one in red, so we ended up with a WK2. In retrospect, I sure am glad we didn't find any red WKs. We LOVE our 2011.

I'm curious out of the Mineral Grey's what is your build date? I think mine is one of the first as they didn't start until November 2010.

My build date is 11 November 2010 at 2pm. Built on Veterans Day for a Veteran.

You may consider checking around for natural green instock in your region. Saw one two weeks ago in overland kit and it was fantastic.

Jeep website, dealer websites, cars.com. You'd be surprised to see at or near your configuration on a lot vs. waiting for your second choice color.

 

I wanted black but the wife won and we got red. I got to pick the motor though. She wanted a red v6 and I wanted a black v8, she got the red I got the hemi.

Yeah, I checked every dealer within 200 miles for our exact configuration. Nada. Oh well. Actually I'm fairly surprised that our sales lady didn't offer to check.

So pretty much goes in the black and white thing along a gradient for the vast majority....black, charcoal, mineral gray, silver, white.... I think Jeep needs more interesting colors like Blackberry, Natural Green, and Rugged Brown to spice things up a bit (Bronze Start, a niche color at best).

 

when I was in the process of getting my new jeep I had my mind set on the red or black...but when I saw the white gold in person I had to have it...no one in this area has it...it is such a distinct color...I have people stopping me everywhere I go telling me how much they love the color...one guy even said, "I wasn't going to get another jeep but now after seeing yours I am going to get one asap"...hahah...I still love the red...but am very happy with my choice...now all I need to do is tint out the front windows...

 

Mine is the Blackberry Perl (GC Overland 3.6) delivered December 22, 2010 in Calgary Canada.

The Blackberry Perl is special in the late afternoon sun.

 

I need to change my vote from Bright Silver to Mineral Grey as I have changed the colour on my order as the more I see pics of the darker grey the more I wanted it instead
