I believe surround was on the HK systems for that year the 18 or 19 speaker system.

What source were you trying?

 

Surround was in my 2017 Trailhawk. It depends on the audio source whether it was available or not. I now have a 2020 Trailhawk. I have tried surround now and then but have decided I prefer the sound without it and so I leave it off now.

 

Not sure if this will work, but have you performed a soft reset on your Uconnect?

Press Mute + Browse/Enter, release keys when radio shuts down (black screen). If that doesn't work, try pressing the "Back" and "Screen off" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

 

It dosen't work on satallite on my 19.
