So I bought a radio from eBay to hopefully get Apple CarPlay in my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee. I installed it and I’m not hearing any sounds from the back up camera, blind spot monitor, nor radio itself and I’m seeing a message saying hub not supported. I don’t know why and just thought the features are disabled from me not having the anti theft code yet. I called the dealership and the guy told me that I need the same part number from the radio I took out. (68270661AF) The only results I’m seeing when I look are for 2017 Jeep grand Cherokee’s. What should I do ?

If I'm getting it, you bought a used Jeep radio, and not a aftermarket unit? I went both routes. The aftermarket unit was the big screen one you see everywhere. It did not link up to my truck, and they did not give me a return either. So all my Jeep boys be pre-warned! I then got a factory used unit. Had the same problem. But I was able to call a local dealership, and give them the code off the back, and my vin. After that they just gave me a code to enter to the radio. Also, mine wasn't the fancy one, but the small screen version. Good luck brother!!!!!
