Im stucked on the update screen. Any ideas. Its killing my battery

 

You might try a reboot. With the Jeep in Aux or Run mode (engine doesn't have to be running), press and HOLD the volume and tune buttons simultaneously for 10-20 seconds. When you release them it will reboot the system.

 

After ignoring it for a week, I had the OTA update threaten me yesterday! Basically, schedule it within 24hrs or else!
I scheduled it while driving and when I got home, I entered the garage, put it in Park and it loaded up and locked the vehicle in Park!
So I left the GC running and it took around 40 mins and went smoothly. Two things.....it held at 44pct for a long while and also at 88pct. Having done one of these with a thumbdrive on my 2014, I was aware of these pauses so wasn't too concerned.
After all the software was installed, it released the car from the Park lock and everything worked just fine.

I’m also getting error code 20 when I try to install the OTA update on my UAQ (2018 Trailhawk). Does anyone have the full set of files to do the update over USB? I would ask my dealer but I’m sure they will try to charge me at least $200.
