Weird feeling in steering wheel

Hello everyone. I was left a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited when my dad passed, and I have a strange issue. While driving 15-25 there is a weird feeling in the steering wheel, it's not what I would call a vibration, almost feels like a twang sensation in the wheel. It is noticeable at higher speeds as well, but not as intense. The surface of the road doesn't seem to make a difference whether it's smooth or has groves in it. I took it in to have the tires balanced and also had an alignment, with no difference. Lug nuts are tightened to spec. The guy at the shop said nothing seems loose/damaged. Vehicle has 50,000 on it, otherwise it drives fine. A friend of mine has the same year/make/model as mine with 52,000 on it, and when driving it, it is very smooth. Any thoughts on what this could be? I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts.

Thanks,
-Mike
When they balanced the tires did they rotate them front to back? If not, try that and see if the strange feeling in the wheel goes away. If it does, one of those tires or wheels must be the issue. If they did rotate the fronts to back.... hmm...
