“Service Engine” and “Start/Stop unavailable”

Was driving my 2-month old Jeep Compass 2018 model when I got a Service Engine note (and icon switched on) and a ‘Stop/Start unavailable” which kept showing on screen. The 4 wheel drive option was unavailable for the rest of the drive.

Would anyone know what the problem might be?

Without an error code or more info it will be hard to help. Recommend seeing a dealer, it should be under warranty after all.
