'...Extreme cold does cause things to dip down because of the effect of cold on the nitrogen in the system. It's normal, IMHO. Letting things warm up a little before driving off deals with that.'
Maybe it is normal? The thread is worth having a look at, but hopefully members with more knowledge can advise you better.
