I have a 2017 Grand Cherokee and after taking it in for an oil change a few miles later the "ACC/FCW Needs Service" message came on and has stayed on. I took it right back to the dealer and they said the code was: ACC U1215-00 Lost Communication With Forward Facing Camera and it was active so they didn't clear. However, they did not offer any options of fixing it! I will likely take it back in and have them try and fix it. Has anyone else experienced this? The ACC still works as do the auto dimming headlights, not sure the FCW is working though. Does not appear to have any damage to the front bubble, and I believe the Forward Facing Camera is in the rearview mirror.

Yes, the camera is in the rear-view mirror mount assembly.
One hopes a dealer should be able to fix it, but that's always hit-or-miss with Jeep dealers..
