I had 2 plugs housing on my BCM break in different ways, on my 2018 JC High Altitude. Specifically on the C5/E & C6F the plugs side into a housing/cover that locks it into place. I spent countless hours trying to find this coming up empty handed. I spoke to 4 different dealerships who could not find a part # or provide any solution. I tried reaching out to Ebay sellers selling the BCM's to see if they'd sell me the plugs, since they usually scrap that part, and the 7 sellers I contacted said no.

I just want to post here where I found the covers in case anyone else needs them. At the time of this posting I was able to purchase for $3.81 each and the below mentioned site sold them individually.

Bro you are a life saver!!! I have been doing the same steps to find these. I will order and hopefully they work for C-5 and C-6. Now to find PDC C-5 and C-7. The dealership's only answer to fixing all of these is to order the wiring harness and rewire!! 5k plus job. Thanks again and if you know where to get the others please let me know.

Find a bcm at a upull and a trim level if possible. SW is what drives (Embedded Controls) what the vehicle features and configurations are present. Reprogramming, configuring, adding HW if needed, and wiring. I passed on a 2020 overland bcm yesterday. Probably because most people are afraid to mess with them and actually complete their task. Each Chrysler vehicle has Vehicle Functional Documents which describe all possible vehicle setups. So, having a tool set, witech (useless imo) or cda is helpful, but it complete the task usually, depending on the complexity of the design. If you understand embedded controls, flashing procedures (especially j2534 1 &2), cda and wiring your 85% there with the ability to view traffic from a diagnostic perspective. I'm electro, mechanical and a bit chemical in knowledge, but do not model or code. So projects are fairly straightforward if you can find SW. Diagnostic SW is easy to get, but interfacing HW is expensive. Plus, these are no longer engineering pcbs. Components and board communications (jtag or emulation with extra Ram) is removed. But, there almost always has tried something similar enough or completed it. Good luck BTW, those plugs are just female mating connectors and should be somewhat available. New designs do and use protype connections that will be in production by the time anything new is manufactured. No, digikey, octopart, or supplier will have stock available for a while. I suggest you pretend to be a xxx engineer for xxx and request samples from the oem. I was personally looking for the logical pinouts for my 15 summit. Just fixing shit after my wife and son separately almost destroyed it. I really do hate cars, but some obsess over them. So I hope somebody now knows how complex (or simple) a project can be. Don't be afraid of EVs. They are arguably easier on the LV side. And less fluids to lay in at upull while laying under a vehicle to get x part.
