Well...I didn't have any issues up to this point, but after a strong rain a few days ago, both of my fog lights "fogged" up quite a bit. The condensation went away, and I just washed the JGC today and no issues right now. However, I suspect it is because the LED fog lights I put in don't result in a nice, tight seal. This morning I tried putting a little dielectric grease (i.e. bulb grease) on the rubber o-ring but wasn't convinced it would work. Therefore, I swapped out the O-ring with one from stock headlights (looked "a little" thicker) and while it fits a little tighter, I'll have to keep an eye to see if it results in a better seal. Anyways, while I'm not seeing condensation at this moment, when I shined a flashlight to inspect the front of the lense, it "looks" like some small water spots on the inside of the lense(s) may have resulted from the condensation/fogging a few days ago. Are the insides made of glass or plastic, and can I use a microfiber cloth and some screen cleaner (i.e. no ammonia, streak free, no harsh chemicals), or even just a dry lens cloth, to reach in the hole with something and gently wipe? Or do I risk making it worse?

Well...over the past 2 weeks, I continued to trouble shoot. On nice days, there wouldn't be any condensation. On very wet or cold days (winter is coming), there would be...during the actual event, or in the morning ...e.g. when sun came out for a while, or Jeep was in garage overnight, the condensation would clear. I don't recall this last year. Anyways, I tried with both stock halogen bulbs and (2) different LED bulbs to see if it was indeed a bulb seal issue...I also used bulb grease. No change. I went to the dealer today and they said condensation in weather like this is normal, and that the fog lights have a drain hole in the bottom...i.e. they aren't airtight. I was told that as long as the condensation goes away in a reasonable time that it is normal. If it doesn't clear up on its own...then it is reasonable suspect that there is a leak.
