Hey all,

Ok, so today I had a weird issue!

None of my keyless features will work for either Key Fob! I mean the remote start works, key works if you take out the start button and put in key and turn it, door locks via remote work, key works to open the tailgate etc, it works like my 2008 Jeep now, and my wife is pissed!!

This is her Jeep and she just leaves it in her purse, walks up to the door, it opens and flashes, she gets in presses button and goes, and then she gets out and presses door button the on outside and just never takes they key out of her purse ever!!

What the heck?? I read all this ish about WIN Module, and remove and replace key fob battery, and blah blah!

But none of you have had the same issue! You have stuff where the key via remote won't work or wont' start your car, but all I have is all they keyless proximity convenience stuff wont' work!!

what the heck is going on? What is this tsb update and all that.

I also undid the battery cable under the passenger seat (weird place to put it) and kept it unplugged for 2 min to reset, no luck, same thing.

If you hold in the start button with key in car, says Damaged Key.

Any ideas?

and how in thew world do you get into this key to take the battter out of the fob?

Thank you,

Jason
