Same problem here on my 2018 GC LTD with 9,700 miles. (Not a typo, that's 9,700.) I am the original owner, and out of warrantee. It's at the dealer right now; they basically told me I am out of luck. Here comes a $2k bill. 😡 It's not practical for me to fix this myself because I am in a city apartment with no place to work on a car.

@JeepCares, but the message would not go through because I have not posted here enough. I also filed a complaint with NHTSC, but I am not holding my breath that that will get me relief. I tried the "hotline" someone posted earlier in this thread -- it was answered with, "thanks for calling the certified pre-owned center" so I hung up. My car isn't pre-owned unless and untill I sell it-- I bought it brand new with less than 20 miles on the OD from a test drive. Any suggestions?
