We got a 2011 with 430 media center (no nav) in the jeep grand cherokee laredo.
When we put in a DVD, It does not display the show video option unless we start car, put car in gear and then back to park, but not when you just go in the car and press the ignition button once. (without starting car)
The kids love to be able to do this when we are at a baseball game, and they are bored, but they cant. So we have to start the car, put in reverse or neutral, then back in park to make the show video option appear.
Is there any way to do this with just going in the car and enabling the accy mode without having to start and put in gear, then back to P? Seems like it needs a trigger.
