what is efi?

 

EFI- is pretty much the number one tuner for a duramax diesel... I know u can achieve over 400 hp with this tune but that's for diesel... I heard they were doing gas jobs now an if so id say it would be one mean tune for our jeeps...I was wondering if anyone knew anything on this...

Ten four il have to do some checking around.. how difficult is it to get a cmr tune? What exactly do you have to do?

 

1. get a tuner so you can load and unload the cmr.
2. contact johan at diablosport or some other Hemi knowledgeable tuner to build a cmr based on your mods
3. load the tune.

 

Well il be that's pretty simple... an what's the cost of that 150 or so?

efi live has actually had tuning software for gas vehicles for a while. the problem is they only to gm vehicles. i dont really know why for sure, i dont know if its a licensing thing or what. I do know that it is bad a$$. buddy had it on his duramax and it is literally infinitly tunable. he was running about 700 hp at the wheels before he put his bigger tuner on. it data logs and everything. they need to release it for more stuff
