Highway Brake Grinding Feeling

In a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude with only 37k miles on it.

When I brake on an exit ramp or from highway 60+ speeds, my brakes grind, like it's rusty metal on rusty metal. My brake pads are thick. I can see there's plenty of life left on all 4 corners and rotors don't have any lip on them.

I can do work on my brakes myself but I'd rather not waste a Saturday with doing this especially with only 37k miles on it. And knowing this may not actually resolve my issue. No brake lights or warnings are on either. Tires have plenty of tread left and inside treads look good.

Any other car I drive lately, the brakes feel strong, smooth, super grippy. Mine feel...not so good. Any thoughts?

I don't believe these rotors are meant to be flipped, unless you mean swapping the front left with the front right, but not sure how that would do anything. About the wear indicator, unless it's supposed to sound like rusty grinding and at highway speeds, I don't notice anything. What are the wear indicators supposed to sound like?

It's mostly a feeling but I do notice a slight grinding or air braking noise. Like a deep throated hum while I brake.

I had the same problem with my 2019 GC Trailhawk 5.7L. One of the pad linings detached from the bracket. I don't think brake pads are covered under any warranties, but it is a fairly straight forward fix with the right tools. I changed rotors and pads on both sides in about an hour.
