- SiriusXM worked for 3 years....
- Recent appearance of "Device not supported" message box filled the UConnect screen..unable to see through it...clicked on X box & it disappeared...only to reappear in 2-3 minutes....dealer advised a software upgrade
- In the process of performing this, he "fried the radio"....new one on order..
- Returned home (no UConnect screen/services) & parked car in garage overnight.
- In am, car completely dead..no lights etc....jump start difficult...associated with flashing - strobe-light effect on most lights...car placed on tow truck deck..back to dealer.
- New radio installed...all back to normal EXCEPT unable to access Sirius channels other than Channel 0 (displayed Device #) and Channel 1 (Welcome screen with ad audio working)
- Dealer & I have worked with Sirius support for hours over past week but unable to fix this...understand that the SiriusXM Receiver is built into the radio...vehicle at Dealer for 2 days now...no success.
