So there are a number of things you can add after the fact by paying for them and installing or having them installed. But things like drive train aren't really in the reasonable realm for changing.

 

I just bought a WK2 2017 75th. would i be able to add the OEM trailer hitch?

 

Yes, you can add the OEM hitch (requires cutting the rear bumper cover) and the OEM wiring pigtail. Dealer has to program the computer so the wiring works.
