Everything I've read is it's not possible to delete the message, but those that have converted and commented here, have said the message is only displayed for 10-15 seconds and then goes away after each start up, so they live with it. Are you seeing it longer or is it going away after 10-15 seconds. If my QL ever goes, I'll likely be converting also vs paying to fix it. Hoping it doesn't happen.

 

Thanks for the info, yep only stays on for 10 seconds max. I can live with it was just hoping to get rid of it no big deal. I went with the dobinson lift and dobinson ims shocks, it’s sooo much better then the quadra lift and I feel much better knowing one less thing can fail.

 

Hey man if you get a veepeek scanner on Amazon and a jscan license you should be able to deactivate Quadra lift option in your ecm. Tons of things to change. Good luck! Report back if you try.

 

Agree, the feeling of the QL delete has to be good. It wasn't constant in my mind until my MaxCare expired at 100,000 miles. I should just buy a new one, get the 125K MaxCare and live worry free for 8 years. But hate to get rid of it now as it still looks and drives new. Decision time.

 

You should be able to set the option to no in the BCM with AlfaOBD.
