Sure,

 

I installed mine last week.
The front ones make sense, but the rears are next to pointless. I almost considered putting them on the rear tail gate area instead where items may be dragged over.

Those sill guards are pretty useless if you ask me, especially the rear ones. The only reason I'd buy them is to cover a big scratch or something.

I like my lighted sill plates much better.

 

That is the whitest jeep logo on your mat I've seen since driving off the lot. Can't understand why they keep doing them in white. I just shampooed mine last week and already getting gummed up again. Why not charcoal or something dark.

I bought these from a seller on E-bay for under $50.00. They are made in China but I can't tell the difference between these and the ones selling for over $75.00. Here is the link, still has a few left for sale.

The Mopar ones also come from China. Probably the ones that look the same are the same.

 

The rear ones look comical.

 

Has anyone tried these? They cost a bit more but the rear ones are longer.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but they are the same ones, they may look longer in the picture, but they aren’t. It is very hard to tell proportionally until you get it in your hand.
The need a banana for scale in their photo to help you.

 

The rears on my Mopars are 5 inches and the fronts around 16. It does appear the the rears on this set are longer.

The only reason the small rear ones don't bother me is that I seldom open the rear doors.

They have 3M tape on the back to stick on.

 

I had Xpel installed on my front and rear sills. I wanted the factory look but with protection from scuffs. Turned out to be exactly what I was going for. Just another alternative but you can get the entire sill done so you are not limited on coverage area like with the plates...

Thanks for the tip! I was going back/forth with the Sill guards but maybe I'll just do the Xpel. Good idea!

 

I like the illuminated door sills. Installation was fairly easy although I didn't splice the wires as per the instructions. It is much simpler to cut and use a standard electric wire twist connector.

twist connectors have no place in a hostile environment. Such as bumps, vibrations and the likes IMO.

Sure behind a wall, no problem.

 

these are my sill guards 89 cents each at harbor freight. don't know if they are for everyone, but the are perfect with the altitude black trim.

I love it! Is it flexible enough to bend upwards along the door sill by the rear tire well?

the one you want is the 4x17.
17" O.K. 4" too wide. can be cut with scissors, or a razor knife. very flexible and easy to trim.

 

 

I think i may pick up a pair of those long ebay ones
