Can someone please tell me how to tell weather or not an aftermarket hitch is for below the bumper or for the cutout spot that is on most wk's.It does not specify when you shop for them. My 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo does not have the cutout and I'm looking for one that goes below the bumper cover. I know they look better with the cutout but I'm not looking to spend more than 125 bucks on one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
