Thanks! Here's a couple pics of the fronts done as well, and the seat heaters (well, the buttons).
Definitely pick up some hog rings and angled hog ring pliers on Amazon. They're cheap, and well worth it if you want to really dig in and get the seats fastened well. Some people use zip-ties, but I'd buy the angled pliers again in a heartbeat, even if I never use them again.
The most difficult part of the project was actually the driver and passenger seat-backs. Getting the front and back of each seat-back fastened together along the bottom was a huge pain. I don't know what would have made it easier. I easily took 30 minutes on each one, trying to get that channel to go in the groove.
Also, when cutting the seat top where the headrests go in, as well as the sides where the recliner knob pokes through and the seatback fastens to the seat bottoms, start with the smallest hole you can make, and stretch the leather. The key here is having a REALLY sharp exacto-knife or sheetrock knife. When I was done with the headrests on the back seat, I noticed the knife was already dulling. Stupidly, I kept on with the same blade for the passenger side, and then changed it to do the driver's and noticed suddenly how easy it was. I should have just changed to a new blade for each seat.
Good luck with your install!
